Agreement to These Terms
By using this website, contacting D & T Digital, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
Website Information

It does not create a service agreement, professional relationship, guarantee, or obligation to perform work. Services and Proposals
D & T Digital may provide customer reactivation, customer relationship management automation, missed call text back, lead follow up, review request systems, website design, Google Business Profile management, and related services. Every project may have a different scope. A proposal, service agreement, invoice, or written approval may include additional terms that apply to that project.
Results and Guarantees
D & T Digital does not guarantee a specific number of replies, appointments, estimates, sales, revenue, rankings, or other business results unless a limited written guarantee is included in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Any written guarantee applies only according to its stated definition, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and remedy.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approving campaign content, maintaining lawful rights to use contact information, responding to interested customers, protecting account credentials, paying third party platform or usage charges when applicable, and following all laws and industry rules relevant to their business and communications.
D & T Digital Messaging Program
Program name: D & T Digital Messaging Program. The program provides customer care messages, answers to questions, consultation reminders, service updates, account notifications, and optional promotional messages when you separately agree to receive them.
By providing your mobile phone number through the D & T Digital website chat widget and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive messages from D & T Digital at the number provided.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact dandtdigital1@gmail.com or (931) 754 3038. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
After an opt out request, we may send one final confirmation message. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for keeping your mobile number current and for charges imposed by your carrier.
